T. Funckiana hanging clump
T. Funckiana
Tillandsia Funckiana is a
fun and unique air plant. This Tillandsia is native to Venezuela. It is one of
the only air plants to grow in a cylindrical pattern. It is caulescent, with
leaves that resemble fine pine needles. This air plant will pup very frequently
displaying little pups along the bottom of the plant. It will grow long and
straight, while some clones will have a twisting, bending growth habit. When
Funckiana starts its bloom cycle it will blush red and produce red flowers with
yellow tips. Keep this air plant above 50 degrees, it thrives in warm
temperatures. T. Funckiana adds fun to any display or arrangement. Available
now in two sizes and in hanging clump form.
